Just copying the file you download onto the USB drive won't work.Also you need to make sure your system is booting from USB before the hard drive in the system BIOS. If the Windows is unable to boot normally, you can use "System Restore", (which can be found in "System Tools" from the "Start" then "All programs" listing.), "System Restore" can also Cool.
