I tried step 4 "Resetting the BIOS" and it worked! I could see all of my data and programs. This tells me that for some reason my OS on the drive in question is unable to boot up. My computer is backed up once a week. Think about it Ben, you should KNOW that you need to back up any files you want before having to re-install Windows and there are MULTIPLE ways to do it. FIXMBR didn't help.I then tried all the boot fix options from a licensed Paragon Rescue Kit v10 Windows edition and this fixed the PC.Things should not be this difficult! I can't believe that simply change the RAM to the another slot will work but… It work! For any of the "Recovery" softwares, it will only recover partial files, but not all of the Windows files!)
