Repeat the earlier steps but add https://www.netflix.com and http://www.netflix.com into the trusted sites area. Supposedly, the PS3 is supposed to have the Netflix service available also, so I'm waiting for that to happen. Working now with the newest version. But I have yet to see a solution that will fix my issue.

This variant of the problem probably won't apply to that many people, but if you do use your computer for kernel debugging, note this -- evidently the Netflix/Silverlight DRM doesn't want I figured this out on my own in about 10 minutes. Just ignore me. You can only upload a photo (png, jpg, jpeg) or a video (3gp, 3gpp, mp4, mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, rm).

Close Internet Explorer 2. If the window says "Microsoft Silverlight" on it, the install it and it should work fine. This doesn't always happen, but more often than not, it does. The problem occurred whether trying to use Windows Media Center or in a web browser (like Internet Explorer or Firefox).

In my case I don't have any other licensed media on that computer (music, etc.) so I was not worried about disrupting the DRM directory. I would like to think it was, but there is still a huge number of people who still like to go into an actual store to pick out a new movie.
