Drupal 7 Fatal Error Unsupported Operand Types In Theme.inc

I get this error message when I go to the settings page at admin/config/people/autologout. After that, I visited the page which lists all the badges (/admin/config/people/user_badges/list) and I have been getting this 'unsupported operand types' error, ever since. if not, copy the site to a local host and start disabling modules while using a core theme to see what module may be causing the issue. Just in case, I re-downloaded the latest D7 release and uploaded clean files. This solved my problem. Drupal-Version: 7.7 Default themes. What I have tried: * The last 2 modules I installed were June 18th and they were nodeblock and xmlsitemap.

AFAIK in D7 settings are stored only in the DB and in settings.php. Is there anything wrong with this more symmetric aircraft design, and why isn't it used?
