The message received back isAn FTP error occurred - cannot make connection to host.530-Your FTP session could not be opened.Is there a patch or something else I can do to connect I would have tried creating a new FTP login, but you said you can connect using another ISP. I think it was the manual reset of the voip combo router - that did it - although I question that cause I had removed the voip modem/router from the chain I can get access through ops.
I recommend checking your FTP password, since I saw many Authentication failed errors in your FTP logs. Tech support reports back to me that they can access my account via FTP and that there is no issue. Do you have a one-way cable modem?
