I used that yougetsignal.com website and both ports that are required are closed/blocked I'm unsure how I'm going to accomplish this, here's what my port mapping looks like [see attachment] I was wondering why there was no option for TLSv1.1, or TLSv1.2, and discovered that the system only had Service Pack 2 installed. But what can I do if that does NOT solve the problem? Go to IE-> Internet Option->Connection->LAN setting-> uncheck automatically detect setting.
